Guy C. Churchill
Guy C. Churchill is Chief Credit Officer of Bank of Hawaii. He oversees the bank’s Wholesale Credit and Commercial Credit Groups, as well its Enterprise Credit Risk Analytics team. He is also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Churchill joined the bank in 2017 and has held a variety of leadership positions, most recently as senior executive vice president and co-lead executive of commercial banking, overseeing Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Deposit Management, International Banking and Guam Commercial Banking. In addition, he oversaw the bank’s Sustainable Finance Group, which focused on renewable energy and affordable housing projects in Hawaii. Prior to joining Bank of Hawaii, Mr. Churchill spent 15 years in various roles at Wells Fargo and Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.
Mr. Churchill earned his bachelor of science degree in leadership and organizational development from Vanderbilt University and a master of business administration in finance from the University of Southern California. He has served on the boards of directors of Aloha United Way since 2019 and Hawaii Nature Center since 2017. Mr. Churchill also serves on the board of Move Oahu Forward and the Hawaii chapters of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
