Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of Bank of Hawaii Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Jeanne Dressel, age 61, to the position of Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Dressel’s prior 5 year employment experience includes serving as Global Controller for Blockchain.com, as Senior Vice President and Controller for First Interstate Bank and as Vice President and Corporate Controller for Ethos Lending LLC. In connection with the foregoing appointment, Ms. Dressel’s annual salary will be $225,000, and she will be entitled to participate in those incentive compensation and benefit plans available to the Company’s senior executives.
